Hey folks, We just started 4 weeks sprint to pre-launch our SaaS product idea for Product Managers. We have 2 people for marketing and all communication staff + about $1k budget + 2 people to build MVP And I need your feedback: what else we can do? Here is the plan: Week 1: - Setup a dead-easy landing page just to collect emails. Done: ping-mi.com - Prepare clickable prototype of product and record screencast. In progress - Prepare blog post with CTA to collect emails. In progress - Setup Twitter page. Done: https://twitter.com/staas_voronov - Setup email sequences Week 2: - Outreach on LinkedIn with a product screencast and ask about feedback - Promote Blog Post in PMs communities (what communities?) - Run TikTok campaign (???) - Write updates on IndieHackers - Run ProductHunt Ship - Find and join PMs Events - Grow Twitter somehow :) Week 3: - Prepare offers and pricing - Preprare BRAND NEW landing - Join more events - Promote blog next (where next?!) - Grow more Twitter somehow :) Week 4: - Run New Landing - Check Payments work (!) - Run on ProductHunt - Get tons of registrations 🎉

Great overall plan Stas! Few thoughts for you: 1) Are you gathering any beta user testimonials? (Written or video) Ideally you find a small early team willing to implement your plugin, and provide an endorsement. 2) Have you tried reaching out to an PM's directly to get their early feedback on your product? 3) I'd recommend that your marketing team proofreads https://www.ping-mi.com/plugin to ensure that the typos/grammar issues to tightened up. Best of luck on your launch! 🚀

@david_berens Thanks for sharing this! 1-2) We made interviews with design mock-ups and got great feedback. But we don't trust positive feedback and want to get money validation before even building MVP (actually we're building in parallel) 3) Nice, thanks for advice!
