I have struggled with bad sleep my entire life, but I have found a way to manage it that works for me. I take melatonin to help me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. It has made a tremendous difference in my overall well-being and ability to manage stress.

You can manage stress in your daily life by taking a few minutes each day to do some deep breathing, move your body, connect with people you love, and do something that makes you happy.
I like to cry, dance or sing when I'm alone at home or taking a bath. although I don't think it helps me much.
Sport, Sport, Sport. :)

It depends from person to person, but one way to manage stress is to pursue a hobby that makes you happy. I love playing sports, which has helped me a lot.
It sounds minuscule, but brief walks throughout the day help a ton.
For me, I would like to do some sports and play games to relax. It is really a helpful way to escape from stress.
@ozgumusbusra I think I just forced myself to take the plunge, don't quite remember what incentivize me to do it
meditation hands down, I use Calm.
To manage my stress, I primarily rely on physical activities as they help release tension and promote relaxation. Some of my go-to activities include dancing, going to the gym, taking leisurely walks, or going for a run. Engaging in these activities not only helps me clear my mind but also improves my overall well-being and mood.

It helps me to write my tasks down on paper.
500 mg of magnesium 1 hour before sleep :)
Sport is the best thing for me. I do ~100 pull-ups daily, and I started to add push-ups. It’s really random, whenever I take a break from my desk I do some reps. Once a week I play soccer with a few friends, and sometimes I workout in a park with a friend of mine who’s a PT. Training and physical e cerco se is the best thing when it comes to stress and anxiety
