The most unexpected thing this year? Oh man, it’s when Google’s algorithms started jumping around like crazy. You launch a site, everything looks good, and then boom – rankings tank outta nowhere. I thought it was another update, but nope. Turns out, competitors flooded my keywords with spam links.

I had to manually clean up the mess using the Disavow Tool. Took me half a day just to figure out what’s going on and another week to recover the rankings.

The worst part? You have to deal with this crap, and those shady competitors get off scot-free. SEO’s supposed to be white hat, but honestly, it feels more like a no-rules brawl.
