    Hey there, Each of us communicates with dozens of our customers or leads every day, and we try to explain our products to them in the best way possible. Sometimes the perspective and expectations of our customers about the product can surprise us. I was wondering what was the most interesting customer request you encountered. :)

    I recently contacted the support service of a well-known company and was surprised that they did not answer for a long time and could not solve my problem for a long time. But one day I just wrote a small review on a social network and there they answered me quite extensively and helped me solve a problem related to their service.     We have a "contact us" form on our site and we get all sorts of interesting messages and requests. When we just launched, our MVP was so bad, that one of our customers asked us if we needed his help to make our website work better

    From my current job- we had a customer request a transcription of her boyfriends convo w/ an ex in a different language to confront him about his cheating From a past face-to face hospitality job- a customer arrived at their destination and requested that we go out and buy new underwear for him as he forgot his at home- boxers or briefs?

    Much of what I do involves a live webcam broadcast. I've been asked and paid a couple of times to train them on what equipment is needed, how to prepare, set up and offer a little tech support, to do what I do.
