I'll start:
I once rebooted a whole production cluster in Google, while implementing an upgrade. 10,000 servers went down. A few alarm bells went off.
My team was awesome. Everyone chimed in, drained the traffic to the cluster in a couple of seconds, some customers saw a 403 for a few seconds, that was it. We changed processes and procedures and had a good laugh. And I learned my lesson

Go for that type of business which i am not expert for example i run a company of gutachter mainz but main thing is i don't even know how it operate i hire some guys and did work for me. But after a year we didn't earn enough profit because i have no knowledge and people i hire i so beginners in math.
So, always step into that business which you properly understand.

I also in production, set wrong port number while an upgrade process. 1/65535 possibility 😅

ah, the humbling moments that remind us we're human.
early in my journey, i mistook speed for efficiency and overlooked thorough testing for a feature launch.
resulted in unexpected downtime.
taught me two things: value of a strong team backup and the importance of rigorous checks.
these missteps, they shape us, don't they? how have you changed your approach post that incident?

@shajedulkarim_ Was that in a small company or a big one? How did they react?
