Free access to a world class gym that was walking distance from my office. I was able to go in afternoons and structured my entire day around it. Did wonders for my mental health and happiness at work.

I am currently working in Ho Chi Minh City, and the best employee benefit at the office is definitely the free lunches that are catered every single day. So each day every employee have a menu of 7 different alternatives to choose from and it's then delivered to our office so that we can have lunch together.

The next best for me is that I have one paid round-trip from HCMC to Europe once a year to visit my friends and family back home in Sweden.
