Every startup founder has their own essential set of convenient services. We use Notion for daily tasks and documents, Slack for work communication, Mailchimp for newsletters, and GitLab for technical stories. But I know for sure that many have long upgraded their toolset and are using other services. What do you use?

Probably the most common now is ChatGPT. Also, we use Notion and Miro. Sometimes, I use Whimsical to create beautiful diagrams that I am ready to publish and send to clients. Also, as a founder from a technical background, I prefer to automate repetitive tasks. This is why I recently onboarded these tools: - Airtable - Like Google Sheets, but with automation. For example, it sends updates in Slack when a record is added or changed - Nocodb - Open-source version of Artable, fewer features, but we potentially can host it by ourselves. - n8n - No-code open-source automation tool, like Zapier. It is not very cheap, but have better integrations than Zapier. In general, we tried Zapier at the start, but it did not allow us to implement all that we needed. I wanted to pair Notion and Slack. But unfortunately Zapier does not have it properly working from scratch. It requires developing some additional custom integrations. The n8n also requires it, but Zapier is not open-source. As a result, if we develop any integration, we will be forced to use Zapier forever. With n8n, we can fork it or migrate the code to another open-source solution.

Ah, aside from the classics like Notion and Slack, I've delved into the wonders of Trello for project management and Canva for eye-catching designs—keeping my startup game strong with tools that make tasks feel like a walk in the digital park! What about you? Found any hidden gems in the realm of productivity tools?
