It always depends on the type of product you have and the target audience. Like for example if you are selling costly B2B software you are gonna target CXOs of the companies, so for them, you need to create well-researched content in terms of blogs, white papers, etc which they find useful and good to read eventually lead them to your website and hence acts as a lead magnet. You're right Ezgi, the most suitable SM content depends on your target audience & industry! Here are more tips from my experience: 🟣 Videos usually perform the best (A/B testing can be done on different headlines, and thumbnails as those have the most leverage to increase click rate - but don't go too far to be considered "click-bait" as this will create negative associations with your brand in the long run) 🟣 Reels perform the best in terms of reach & engagement metrics, algorithms all around still seem to favor short-form content (and can be posted on more SM channels: YT, IG, Tiktok, etc. compared to longer 16:9 resolution videos) 🟣 UGC really does the best since they're helping you do your job haha, and they are bound to become more loyal & engaged with the brand (though in reality, thinking up campaigns to get them involved in content and then executing on that strategy is the real challenge) 🟣 When posting videos on YT, be sure to speak clearly so the YT automatic captions can transcribe what you're saying as subtitles. YT subtitles are actually used by Google to rank channels and their associated websites higher in terms of SEO for certain keywords. Of course, don't keep repeatedly saying the same keyword you wish to rank for while recording your videos just for this reason haha. As you'll guess from my pointers, I'm more of a video guy. Back during the pandemic lockdowns, I started a YT channel just to pass the time. Managed to get to 5,000 subscribers in less than 5 months. It feels like a superpower when you have that large an audience that you can present things to, or ask for support in a certain thing. Sadly, I haven't been active for almost 2 years now. Though my subscriber count still rises, I'm sure the loyalty has dropped. Hope this helps!

Based on my experience, generating organic content and starting to have partnerships with influencers is a good way to grow in social media in terms of content. Exploiting influencer-generated videos, having a visible face in your brand that generates organic content and starting to launch ad campaigns will generate a good view on your brand. I would adopt to show in a very simple way WHAT your product SOLVES and HOW IT SOLVES IT. In all these channels, you have the power to generate the scripts and the amount of A/B testing you want. A good way to organize it to increase your metrics is: 1. headline: short sentence (3 seconds) where you empathize with the user by telling them you have a solution. 2. Body: Here you should provide all the value you mentioned in the headline, don't let them feel disappointed! 3. CTA: Create a call to action to generate the desired conversion. It is very important to iterate in different ways. The traditional sales structure is not viable.
