Oh, I'm all about combining the best of both worlds! While pen-and-paper has its charm, I find that using tech tools like digital recorders and AI-based transcription services can really streamline the process. And hey, if "Her Ideal Match" can use data science to help men with their dating profiles, surely we can upgrade our interviewing game with a bit of tech too, right?
