What tools do you use for recurring training sessions?

Let's say I want to host sessions on getting started with my tool every Wednesday which users can easily sign up for (like a webinar). I want to give the users the ability to choose 'which' Wednesday they'd like to join. The session format should be in webinar-style. Any suggestions?
