Apple Reminders – I write very briefly and can set up date and times when and what I should do :) + hashtags so I know the topic.

For me, Everyone is helpful. It keeps all my notes synced across devices effortlessly.

Google keep works best for me. It's easy to jot things down and find them later on any device.
