During challenging times, I maintain motivation by setting small, achievable goals to maintain a sense of progress. I also practice mindfulness and regular physical exercise to manage stress and keep my mind focused.

Books.
Motivating Songs and Music.
Coffee first. I analyze the situation to figure out what went wrong and how it could have been better. Being depressed or dejected would not change anything. I would relax that day and start focusing on the other tasks after some alone time. Experience gives us the best learning.

Look at the stars, take a walk and listen to music that heals.
