What strategies and actions can entrepreneurs adopt for a successful launch?

When we started building Klu, I knew from the beginning that I wanted to build it with the community. Everything we do, we do it in public. Feedback is the most important thing, as well as engagement with users. So my advice, depending on your product, is to gather a group or groups of people who share the same passion you have for the project. Try to bring them into the story and make them build the product with you.
