for me, it's music that doesn't have words or somewhat busy coffee shop atmosphere
Occasionally an epic movie soundtrack works too

I second Lofi but it depends on the task, I definitely opt for some thing more engaging if I am doing remedial work
Meditation, journaling, taking care of myself, making sure I get good rest.

For sure the sound of my breathing and just noticing my ambient environment. If I slow down and hear my breath and then actually notice the sounds around me, I feel much more present and that puts me into a much more productive headspace.
