What software do you use for newsletters?

In the past, I've used Gumroad (for selling courses), Substack, and a few other alternatives. I didn't like any of them. I'm looking for something simple, uncomplicated, and clear like bento.me for my social media/pages. What software do you use that doesn't cost much, but allows you to create a quick landing page with a newsletter and simple mail handling?
