I think having hard skills for creation is quintessential in the business world. By that, I mean skills that can be used to build products such as programming. FYI: I am actually launching my product right now and I would really appreciate some support from the PH community (https://producthunt.com/posts/ezml) Thank you so much!

Right now I would say the ability to pivot and learn new skills fast. We've never been in a time where we couldn't see past the next 5 years. Its so hard to build a business when the entire world is seeing a shift in tech!

The mindset of corporate executives. I've noticed that many entrepreneurs, including myself, often act more like salespeople or solution pre-sale personnel. It's only after interacting with people at different levels that I've realized how shallow my thinking was.

here's what i'm seeing: 1. adaptability: business as usual is unusual now. learning to unlearn, to adapt, is gold. 2. empathy: understand humans behind the numbers. connect, don't just communicate. 3. critical thinking: not just what to think, but how to think. question, don't just conform. 4. storytelling: can you weave compelling narratives? facts tell, stories sell. 5. tech-savviness: digital isn't a choice anymore. embrace it. be comfortable with discomfort. 6. self-management: work is life. life is work. boundaries blur. can you navigate this dance? the landscape evolves, and so must we. stay curious, friend.

Flexibility is essential. The world of today is always in flux, like a very large game of Tetris. Additionally, utilizing technology is now required. understand how to use SaaS technologies, AI, and perhaps a little code. And communication is crucial.
