I'm wondering what jobs' average salaries will be affected by AI? Will these salaries go down or stay the same?

@axelvillamil I think AI is already making things easier, ChatGPT can already answer a wide array of questions and even remember the context, so yes there will be less demand for support eventually.
@shantanu96 now I wonder...do you think customer support will only go down because of automation behind customer support during a problem OR will there be less need for support because the AI should make things easier?
@shantanu96 Great point! Thanks for your insights Shantanu!
Copy writers and customer support will be affected greatly
@patricia_botic Yeah it's a sad realization. Okay let's say you were in their position...what would you do to pivot to either utilize AI or somewhat transfer their skills to something else? No pressure that I've crowned you the chosen one for this question lol but maybe a copywriter or customer support specialist is teary-eyed looking at this screen in hope!!

My guess will be QA, tech companies will start to use AI to write tests as a cheaper alternative to manual QA.
@entreeden oufff you're absolutely right. With all the coding assistants out there the QAs are in for a run for their money. I think this will greatly strengthen the barrier to the job market as a developer. QA was such a great start for many of my friends and colleagues so I wonder what they'll need to do to get a foot in.
Writers, freelancers, designers?
Anyone charging unreasonable rates on gig working platforms needs to rethink their approach in this DIY age.
