At my current venture Creatosaurus we invest heavily in SEO, Creating landing pages, doing programmatic SEO, and much more. We also want to explore Grey and Black hat SEO too. What's your take on this? any suggestions or techniques?

I always thought there are black hat and white hat SEO. Could you tell me about Grey SEO?
Harsh Maheshwari
@kate_chasten grey hat is when you do 95% of white hat SEO and less than 5% of black hat. Basically playing in the grey area so that Google doesn't penalise your website.

@harshmaheshwari Interesting! Didn't know that. Thanks for telling me. Can't judge it write away, but I guess I'll stick to the pure 100% white hat. That five percent ruins the pleasure I get from my work.

In terms of SEO content, I would recommend to use low-volume keyword strategy at the beginning of your journey. Use Semrush or other alternatives to look for low-volume keywords (<500) with low search engine results (<50 000) Use AI-generators to automate the process of content creation for those keywords and your website will appear in top 5 in 2-3-4 weeks. Do not forget to properly linbuild the website and tech SEO. When the website will gain some DR (domain rating), hop on mid-volume keywords, etc. Answering your question, yes, it's absolutely worth to invest in SEO, but if you have limited budget, I suggest to use AI-services for content creation, and spend your money on conversion-based ads in Google/Social Medias instead.
