What's your most important tool while fundraising? How did it help you?

Hello ProductHunt! I'm a founder, and this is my first post on the platform. I am building my first real startup after spending almost a decade in engineering, it's CorOpera (https://coropera.com/). I am trying to gather some feedback from my non-immediate founders/product people group about what software is popular while fundraising. My startup's core is cap table management so I am trying to figure out what other pain points I can try to fix with it in the fundraising process. Please share your fundraising toolkit and what would you look for in a cap table software. Thanks!
