“Tell me about your favourite project you worked on in your last role”
This gives you a chance to really dig in and understand their involvement, how they approach their work and plenty of other insights.

@gary_zurnamer1 Agreed Gary! Also it's a good way to assess their depth in the project. If they can talk about the details you know they were a bigger part vs. if they're just surface level
