What's your go-to to replace coffee/caffeine at the office?

I've realized that a couple push-ups and squats get the blood flowing but sometimes it's not the most ideal (or subtle) thing to do in a public setting.

For me it's definitely a power nap of 15 minutes
For me matcha tea
I think it's a break outside, about 20 minutes.
Usually Decaf after 13:00. Or a shut eye for 10 mins 😴
