What's your go to excuse for skipping meetings?😏

Well, my top excuse is that I joined the 'Secret Society of Couch Potatoes' and our weekly meeting happens to be at the same time! 😏 But honestly, who can resist the allure of a cozy couch and snacks? Priorities, right? 😂

I don’t usually skip meetings—quite the opposite, actually! I’m almost always there with my camera turned on, fully engaged. Skipping meetings isn’t really my thing. 😊

If i feel like I won't be able to contribute enough to meetings, I skip :)

For meetings that may not require my full participation, I explain that I'm quite busy and may not be able to attend the meeting in person. But sometimes I would join online to ensure I don't miss any important updates.

My go to would be that something urgent popped up.

Honestly, I'd just say I had an unexpected deadline that pulled me away.

No value for me? No value from me? Then it's not my street. Focus is precious. I save it for where it counts.

"I don't want to be an extra and useless cook for this project" 😂

Oh, I just tell them I had an urgent ‘brainstorming session’ with my couch and blanket.
