Not discovered recently, but it's Loom. It has become an integral part of my work life.
Whenever I'm working on something, I just start recording, and later I share it with someone on my team to review and let me know how they can help.
For example, if I'm doing outreach, I collect leads from Sales Navigator, compile them in a spreadsheet, and then reach out to them via LinkedIn, email, or X—whichever contact info we have. Once the connection request is accepted, I send a follow-up message.
Now, someone from my team could easily take over scouting the leads and organizing them in a spreadsheet.
In short, Loom has been a blessing for me. I've tried Vimeo Record as well, but for some reason, the user experience of Loom feels far superior to other tools on the market.

Apart from Selftalk.ing, I haven't found anything novel yet.
@vaibhavdwivedi, can you share more about it? I see that you’re the creator of this tool as well.
@rupal_saini It helps you stay accountable by sending you daily reminders. You can also log your progress with others!

I love Notion. It seems that Notion is the best productivity and collaboration tool.
I started more and more using our own product Leadspicker, that helping me keep track and accelerate my Linkedin activities and Lead Gen... Before that I spent around 6 hours a week, to managing leads that come from Linkedin, now is done automatically for me.

@nathancovey Is this tool just for coders? I stopped coding a while back and moved into growth and product marketing. :D Thanks for sharing! It could be useful for other coders in the community
@rupal_saini It's mainly for coders, but if you know some simple things you can get it set up!
