First I visit a gym and then go to the city center to have a cup of nice coffee. No laptop, no phone, just staying in the moment. This is a nice time for reflection and creating new plans.

Go back to TODO list and jump into action.
I love a good laugh! So, I often put on a funny sitcom, like Friends or Modern Family. For me, it an awesome way to relax and unwind.

Going out for walk or hiking. Tho, in this weather I can see it for reading a book. WBY?

Open up the couch with my fiancé and dog, order in and watch some of our favourite shows. Love it!

A solid 2-hour board game session with my kids. They're learning new games and it's an exciting way to block work and spend time with family.

Nothing beats a nice soak in a hot bath with some mellow tunes playin'. Then I throw on PJs, grab a glass of wine, and chill with a good book. Instant relaxation! 😌🍷📖

Definitely some quality time with family or friends! Whether it's playing a board game, catching up over a nice meal, or just chillin' and chatting, being around loved ones always helps me relax and recharge after a hectic week. A little laughter and good company goes a long way!
