To have a clear agenda and expected outcomes set in advance. Sharing this information via email to colleagues before the meeting can really keep everyone on track. If the conversation starts to drift, you can gently remind everyone to refocus on the agenda and save unrelated topics for future discussions.

Establish a clear agenda before the meeting with topics, goals and time limits. During the meeting, have a timekeeper to keep things on track. And ban devices so people stay focused! 😉📵⏰

Start every meeting by announcing, "This could've been an email," and watch how fast people get to the point! LOL :DD

Bruh, my go-to move is having a 'no laptops' policy. Folks gotta pay attention and participate, not hide behind screens 😂💻🙅♂ Keeps things movin' along, ya feel me?

Stick to the point and leave questions for the end if you’re the one holding the meeting…if not, good luck! :D

LOL yeah meetings can be such a time suck! 😅 I find the best way is to have a clear agenda ahead of time and assign a strict timekeeper to keep things on track. Oh and avoid inviting people who don't really need to be there. Fewer attendees = faster meetings! 🏃💨
