I decided to do a little experiment and live without sweets for at least a month. Even bitter chocolate I decided to eliminate so as not to tempt myself in any way. I'm interested in such experiments to learn more about my preferences and also to see how different foods affect my well-being. By the way, I didn't eat meat all last year, and you should know what a pleasure it was to finally buy quality beef at Gourmet Food Store https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com... , cook and eat an amazing, juicy steak. Still, meat is not something I can live without and enjoy.
