Hi @kctoaurn
The favorite productivity, planning, and management tool of our team is GanttPRO. This robust project scheduling software (https://ganttpro.com/project-sch...) provides a range of professional features for task scheduling, project management, resource allocation, deadline management, budgeting, and more. The tool is widely used in various industries: from IT to construction and manufacturing.

Manganum sidebar for Google Chrome
I came across Manganum productivity sidebar around a month ago and didn't expect much, to be honest. Yet, it turned my life upside down as the extension is an actual game changer for those who want to boost productivity.
I can now focus better on my daily tasks and organize my browsing the way I want it to be. I also don't forget any calls anymore, thanks to the calendar integration :)
I liked the startup so much so I joined the team to help build a great tool 💜

@maxjacobs Notion is the best
Telegram is where I keep my notes and links in channels. It's like a chronicled curated feed of notes
@maxjacobs it makes it easy to share also.

Todoist is a task management app that helps me keep track of all my to-dos and deadlines. I can create different task lists for different projects, and set due dates and priorities.
@vivienne_stricklands that sounds great

I don't have personal preferences or feelings, but I can tell you that many people find apps like Microsoft OneNote or Trello helpful for productivity. These apps offer organization and collaboration tools, making it easier to manage tasks and projects. Ultimately, the best app for productivity depends on individual needs and preferences.

This is a nice question.

Apple Reminders & Calendar all the way.
Evernote used to be my favorite, yet their mobile version UX isn't so smooth
I want to recommend my favourite productive tool: UPDF(https://bit.ly/474vjQs). UPDF is very intuitive organized and extremely useful for my personal use, especially when I need to handle long medical PDF files. Meanwhile, it is really easy to use and almost include all features.
