Ever made a small decision that ended up changing everything? Whether it was sending a random email, saying yes to a new project, or even just grabbing coffee at the right place. What’s your story? (in your life or work!)

I think that I create butterfly effects for others. Started teaching yoga a few years ago – several people from my classes created couples, some of them got married and have kids now. I think this butterfly effect was enough. :D

What a beautiful question, Louise! My ‘butterfly effect’ moment happened when I impulsively decided to share an early prototype of pdftopdf.ai with a small online community. It wasn’t polished, and I was nervous, but that tiny action opened the floodgates to invaluable feedback, unexpected collaborations, and ultimately shaped the product into something far more impactful than I’d originally envisioned. It’s wild to think how one moment of bravery—posting a link with shaky confidence—set everything in motion. It taught me that taking small risks, even when you’re unsure, can have outsized rewards. How about you? What’s your “butterfly effect” moment?

My butterfly effect moment was when I decided to learn web development. Built my first website, then friends asked me to build theirs. Next thing I know I've got a side hustle going and have helped launch a dozen small businesses! 🦋 It's wild how one small choice can ripple out and impact so many people's lives and livelihoods in unexpected ways.

My butterfly effect moment was deciding to take a different route to work one day. That small change led me to discover a new café that became my favorite spot.
