What's your biggest struggle when it comes to making videos for YouTube?

Everyone has their own biggest challenge when it comes to making YouTube videos. For some, it's figuring out what to talk about. Others struggle with actually filming the video. And for some, the editing and post-production process is the most difficult. What's your biggest hurdle?

@saravanan_p5 Repurposing content is so valuable yet not straight forward! Personally, even videos that initially failed turned into viral videos after I repurposed them into shorts!

My biggest struggle with making YouTube videos is repurposing long content into engaging shorts. It’s challenging to condense key moments while maintaining the core message, and ensuring the repurposed content feels fresh, not just like cut-up pieces of the original.

@rahulparmar2405 I personally fee. Quality and quantity are directly proportional. You focus on one and the other goes for a toss. But thing might become easier if some of the time spent on editing was automated by AI, what are your thoughts?
