I can think of (more than) a few, but I'd like to know what really makes you shake your fist in the air in frustration.

@deshhrajj Couldn't agree more. We're launching one on PH soon! Working on my launch page as we type. It's funny you mention actionable insights...one of my thoughts on a potential tagline was "turn your email data into actionable insights." The other was "Email reporting sucks - we made it better." (joking, not joking). Factual, but less specific.

My biggest gripe is the lack of actionable insights from most email reporting; it's often a data dump without clear indicators on what to do next. Also, the inability to easily segment and track long-term engagement trends across different campaigns can be quite maddening.
