I'm working on putting together the opinions of other makers, marketers and entrepreneurs.

The last time I asked this, it was in the context of startups but feel free to suggest something outside the startup spectrum too 😊

Hi Richard! We are getting ready for the launch of our product, which is quite technical. Of course, our audience appreciates consuming content such as tutorials and use cases, however, we have found that putting a face to the name has been quite helpful. This type of content has both personified us and made us more memorable.

This kind of content includes posting introductions of our team members on various SM channels and in our monthly newsletter. We also did a short campaign sharing fun facts about our founder. 😊

When our audience sees our names/faces on our SM, and later receives support or answers from us in our community forum, it creates an essence of closeness and trust. In short, our users feel like they really know us.
