What's your approach to working with friends in your startup?

For the first time ever, I'm building a startup together with five of my childhood friends.

Honestly, it's the best feeling ever. We have a reason to be together more and chill in cool places!

So far it's been okay, but I'm afraid we might lose momentum after launching and become lazier.

Has anybody ever run a business with friends? How did it go?

In my experience, it’s better not to mix friendship with business. You risk losing a friend.
