Adam Ragusea. It's a cooking channel, but not your ordinary cooking channel. Adam talks about the chemical and physical processes that occur during cooking, e.g. why fried food is tastier, how emulsification works, but he does it in a simple way. It's entertaining and useful, as you not only learn how to cook a dish, but also why it's a proper way to do it. He's not a professional cook, but he sure is enthusiastic.

There are many, but being a history enthusiast, especially of the 19th and 20th centuries, The Armchair Historian is probably my most favorite!

As a chess fanatic, I follow so many chess channels and this one "GMBenjaminFinegold" is my favorite. The guy teaches excellent stuff about chess and makes you laugh till your lungs give out!!. It's truly two birds with one stone.

That's totally fine. You can still enjoy watching commentators analyze games and "openings". You don't need to be a perfumer to appreciate a nice scent!!
