We all have a story to tell about the ups and downs of launching a product. What's yours?

One of my biggest regrets of my first launch was not having enough analytics/metrics. I feel like when you first launch is when you get your most data, and after the hype of my launch died down I realized I didn't have enough data to work with.
- Who was staying longest?
- Which website did most ppl come from?
- Who came back most often and why?
It was hard for me to figure out where to move next because I didn't have the numbers. I couldn't take advantage of the organic growth I had, I ended up adding metrics and then buying ads to learn from the users but wish I had the metrics in the first place.

@eden_ghirmai Thanks for sharing your experience! Analytics and metrics are definitely crucial for measuring the success of your launch and making informed decisions for future growth. It's great that you were able to add metrics later on, but it's always better to have them from the start. Wishing you all the best with your future launches!
