For me it's definitely Notion! It's so versatile - I use it to organize all my tasks, projects, notes, and resources in one place. Hylark & then a cup of coffee - without both, I would be a mess 😂 Hylark, as I literally don't have to leave the platform all day, it has my emails organised, to-dos, calendar, notes, documents, links, collab spaces etc, perfect for me 😄 and coffee because it gives me a morning and lunchtime energy boost! ☕️

No one. I have tried a lot of them and use some now. But I could easily manage without them. I think sticking with a paper notebook and pen is not a bad strategy after all. Priorities and tasks change over time. So the tool that was useful a year ago now might be redundant and time-consuming. Not using anything could save you efforts to adopt your tools.

Notion all the way for me. The ability to create custom databases, link everything together, and access it all from any device is a game changer. Plus the community templates give you a head start on building out systems. I'd be lost without it at this point!
