We all have those learning moments!
Mine was realizing that perfect is the enemy of progress! I spent wayyy too long trying to make everything "just right" before launching some key projects. When we finally decided to ship and iterate based on real feedback, everything moved faster and actually got better results. Sometimes you just gotta put it out there and trust the process.
