What's the Most Innovative Use of AI You've Seen in Products Recently?

What my team and I are working on. We built an AI inside of Discord to help connect job seekers and tech startups. It was a pretty fun project, mostly written in JS. The reason I like it so much is that we still accomplish that AI feel to our product without connecting to the OpenAI API, lol.
