When choosing a new productivity tool, the most important factor is how well it fits into your existing workflow. A shiny new app might have tons of features, but if it’s a pain to integrate or doesn’t solve a specific problem you’re facing, it’s just extra clutter.
Also, check if it’s user-friendly. A tool that requires a manual or hours of setup is probably more trouble than it’s worth. Bonus points if it has a free tier or trial, so you can test-drive it without committing.
