What's the most expensive paid app you bought on the App Store / Play Store?

Most of the apps I'm seeing in stores are either free with ads or have in-app purchases. I also saw somewhere that the average expenditure on mobile apps is aaround 4 to 5$. Wonder what's been your biggest expense for a paid app? And do you think mobile development is under-rated compared to the effort required?
