Getting ads about something I googled a while back which I don't care about

Getting information in a language with respect to the country i live in. While i have set my language to English a million times, google still shows me ads and sometimes search results in the language of the country i stay in. How come they don't get it. I am letting Google know my language preference so actively and yet. I mean they are the helm of affairs in creating digital twins of their users, despite that.

@jean_kerby for everything literally :) Search, storage, maps the usual, I don't use the docs as I use my company's business application called Qinaps.com
