A primeira coisa que eu levo em consideração, é... Se ao invés de eu ser o dono deste produto, fosse o cliente, eu compraria este produto pelo designer? pelo desenvolvimento ? pela forma de abordagem ? Eu me coloco no lugar do cliente primeiramente.

I always outline my assumptions. It clears my head and also set a direction for validating them with customers
