It depends on the kind of product – but I think that the most obvious is design (especially in physical products) 😅
Yep, design and UX is key for that crucial first impression. If the UI looks clunky or poorly designed, I'm immediately skeptical about the product quality. Polished visuals and intuitive navigation go a long way in convincing me to take a closer look.
Usually it is whether the product can solve some practical problems in my life or simplify my life.
The first thing I notice about a product is its user experience—how intuitive and easy it is to navigate or use. A clear, appealing design and functionality are key to making a strong first impression.
The key question is: how long does it take to register and complete the core workflow? A good UI and additional features matter, too, but if I can get value within a few minutes, this product is guaranteed a spot on my shortlist.
