What is the biggest paradox you encounter when trying to be productive?

For me personally, I became most productive when I started using Notion. But when I created a huge number of templates, I started to have a mess and I needed a place where I could have an overview.

So Excel came back on the scene.

I can't think of a paradox actually. But chasing productivity blindly is definitely a thankless task. Productivity must be judged against progress and results.
