It's already a trend but I believe videos will become even more interactive. Already you can buy the product you are watching in the video right away with just the click of a button. Shoppable videos are also becoming more and more frequent. I think it's only going to grow from here.

Strangely enough, I think direct mail will make a comeback. It’s pretty unique in its ability to target an audience and have physical attributes. It currently has the best response rates, and less competition. I think that’s because it’s complicated and expensive. With automation and AI someone is goin go to figure out how to make it more affordable and easy. When that happens I think there will be a huge surge.
