If it had to be one lesson it would probably be to keep it simple. I have spent months building things only to later on realise that they needed to be different and I have to rebuild them.
A startup/project should be an evolving concept and you should not operate with a master plan but instead iterate quickly.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned from a failed project is to not hold on to it for too long. It can be tough to let go, especially when you’ve put so much time and energy into it, but if something isn’t working despite your best efforts, it’s better to move on.
Letting go frees up your time and resources to focus on ideas with real potential instead of clinging to something that’s holding you back.
The biggest lesson learned from a failed project is the importance of thorough planning and clear communication, as misalignment on goals and expectations can lead to setbacks. Additionally, embracing failure as a learning opportunity fosters resilience and encourages a mindset focused on continuous improvement and adaptation.
Every failure brings you closer to success.

Communication is the key of success! If you are not comfortable with something - say it immediately! Do not wait time to pass and tension to grow in the team. Once exploded, is harder to build balance afterwards.
