    For me, it was finding the talent and quickly assessing how talented they really are.

    @alvarovillalb_ Just interviews and checking their portfolio. I ended up using a staffing agency that only accepts candidates after thoroughly vetting them with tests, etc. Everyone I've found through them has been very impressive.

    One of the biggest challenges I've noticed in hiring top talent is balancing the need for specific skill sets with cultural fit. It's not just about finding someone with the right technical abilities but also someone who aligns with the company's values and work environment. This becomes especially tricky in remote or global teams where cultural diversity plays a big role. How do you approach ensuring a candidate is not only qualified but also a good fit for your team's culture?

    @barryzheng568 I guess this could also relate to the talent acquisition teams being disconnected from the HR teams. Not in every case. But it's fairly common to see that disconnection. To ensure a candidate is qualified for your culture, you need to understand it first. And learn how to improve it secondly. Then, just meeting candidates face-to-face you'll know if it's a fit. There's no metric for measuring culture fit. And the ones that exist are most probably very inaccurate.

    It's hard to find top talents, but I think it's even more difficult to attract them to work at your company. There are way too many details that need to be considered.

    @sviridov and every year it'll be harder! I think it's fairly normal that candidates demand more and more

    getting them to move is the hardest. Have to have a strong value prop that resonates, beyond just $$
