What's the Best Way to Market an AI App/Chrome Extension?

Hello, I spent 4 months last year building an AI email writing Chrome Extension called Mailyr. It's a extra button in Gmail that opens a window and writes emails for you via ChatGPT with a few clicks. I tried to market it for the first three months, but I just got sick of it, and it was sort of left to die, until now. I want to 'revive' it. It has some great potential, and it's still working fine. This app costs me a few cent's per month, and I make dollars from each paying user. Here is where I need help from the Product Hunt community, and someone who has experience in marketing! How should I market this? Facebook/LinkedIn Ads? My target audience is either people who don't have English as their first language, or people who just write a lot of emails. How do I target them, and drive installs which should lead to conversions? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
