1. Send emails to request participation. 2. Use Zoom/Google Meet. 3. Record/ transcribe your talks (Tools like Fathom) 4. Analyze transcribed text. Highlight important phrases.

The best way to conduct user interviews is to be prepared and to listen carefully to what your users have to say

@jakeharr It is also nice to have your interview questions structured in a way where you can parse the data simply. Longwinded open-ended questions are typically more difficult to decipher - also depends on your volume of interviews etc.
