    - Start with a small task to get quick satisfaction & create hunger for more. - Use a simple but effective to-do list. Doesn't have to be fancy. This could be a piece of paper for many. But I like to use Superlist. - The 2-minute rule: any small tasks that can be done within this time, just do it.

The best productivity tip I've found is to break big projects into smaller tasks and prioritize them. And for the perfectionists out there, remember, 'perfection is the enemy of good".

Absolutely, batching similar tasks is a game-changer for productivity. It keeps you in a flow state and reduces the mental overhead of task switching. I also recommend the Pomodoro technique - work in focused 25min sprints with short breaks in between. Helps maintain energy and avoid burnout throughout the day.

There are actually two tips: 1. The 2-minute rule: any tasks that can be done in 2 minutes or less do it now! 2. Use kickmyass.io (https://kickmyass.io/) - it's my own product and I use it every day to stay on top of my work. Acts like a boss and sends me messages regarding my tasks and deadlines but I can also talk to him just like a regular person. Having someone that keeps me accountable and on track really helps in day to day life.

Someone once told me to break tasks into 25 minute intervals using the Pomodoro Technique. It’s amazing how much more I get done when I focus for short bursts!

Definitely time blocking! Set aside specific chunks of time each day for focused work on your most important tasks. Minimize distractions and notifications during those periods. It's a game changer for getting deep work done efficiently!

The most effective tip I've received is to start my day with most challenging task first. It’s called "eating the frog,"🐸 and it helps me tackle tough jobs when I have the most energy. I find I get more done this way.

I would say batching similar tasks together. This minimizes the time spent switching between different types of work and helps maintain focus, making it easier to complete tasks efficiently.
