VS Code and Visual Studio. Our backend is .Net heavy so Visual Studio is the best tool for us.

Best 🧐 Not a complete IDE, but I'll stick with VS Code.
Maybe the worst could be a better question for me 🤣 NetBeans or XCode? I couldn't choose the worst.
emacs :) if you can spend enough time to learn the configuration, you can become so much more productive than with VS code. Although I'd recommend vim bindings as default emacs is a highway to carpal tunnel
